Worried about anything today? How does worry affect your life, your creativity, your writing? I look back over the last few months and see times I was happy and content from day to day without much worry.  I like to think most of my life is that peaceful, at least in my mind. Then there […]

Buddhism 101 says that all is suffering in this world. We know suffering is the cause of our unhappiness and meditation is how we see through this illusion. Can this truth be taken into the worst pain? Or into minor irritations? Can we master the experience of being able to distinguish between pain and suffering […]

9/11 Shock Waves Today I watched the 9/11 memorial, similar to the time I watched 8 years ago, on Good Morning America. I sat with my 9 month old babies, talking on the phone to my husband. I watched at the moment, Charlie Gibson, was getting alarmed at the live sight of planes crashing into […]

How do we deal pain & suffering in life? The RedFlame from my previous poems is symbolic of events that can enter our lives suddenly, but can also do a slow burn on us each day. Death, trauma, loss are big events. But there are also daily irritations when we are impatient and angry with […]

I am creating ebooks and courses for writers, and anyone who wants more creativity and transformation in their lives. The courses are based on Narrative and Poetry Therapy & Humor.

Mafia Frostbite: A Mafia Family Christmas is my first fictional series. It is followed by a sequel series titled Twisted Family Bonds. It is a dark humor soap opera about the Kaszinovs, a Russian Mafia  Family.

LoveCommitmentPassion_cover R-Evolutionary Nights is a novel of romance and suspense set in Prague, Budapest and Wisconsin.  Alex and Jack are in love, but must escape the influences of the Russian mafia that has infiltrated Jack's family. I began this novel during the 2009 NaNoWriMo. And, I won.
